Book Review: The Way of the Superior Man

Make Life your beach

Hey guys!

One of the things that I want to include in this blog is a series of book reviews on some of the books that I am reading throughout the year. I feel like it will help me absorb the information a little bit better if I write about what I liked or didn’t like or what I learned or how my perspective on life changed because of a certain book.

Later on in the year I am also planning on doing YouTube videos with my brother Casey reviewing different books because we usually read the same literature and we think it would be cool to reflect on what we have read. Until then though I am going to periodically blog about recent books and possibly even articles that I have read and I hope you enjoy them and join in the conversation because I love hearing everyone’s view…

Go After Your Hearts Desires: Ignore the Distractors

Make Life your beach

I am so excited for the new year, 2015 was such a blessing in so many ways and I feel like every year just keeps getting better and better. I want to give a quick shout out to God, the Universe, my family and friends. You all are my motivation to better myself each and every day, to strive for greatness and to always pick myself back up when I fail and keep trying and trying again until I succeed.

I have notice that regardless of where I am in life, regardless of the previous success or achievements, I am never satisfied and I am sure the majority of humans are the same way. Which is a blessing and a curse, but I embrace it because it has become an addiction to be more, to do more, to know more, to love more. I think I have an addiction to…

Make Life your beach

Hey All!

One of my goals for November is to write my first Fiction book and publish it this month. This will be a hard goal since fiction writing isn’t something that I do on a regular basis but since I was able to automate and systematize most of my online business its given me a lot of free time which is exciting, but I also love being busy!

So for this month if you haven’t the watched the video I am looking for ideas from YOU. In a couple days once I get as many ideas as possible for the story I am going to make it my goal to put all of the ideas together by using my creative mind to organize it all and make it into something you all can enjoy and also feel happy for being able to help me create the story.

Patrick’s Progression for October 2015

Make Life your beach

Hey guys!

I am pretty proud of everything that I did this month. My biggest highlight would have to be the jujitsu competition that I did. I didn’t win but I was able to compete and hold my own. Even though I got Rhabdo during the competition I wouldn’t change anything. I got a new experience and during my time in the hospital I was able to really reflect on life and think about what would make me happy and what obstacles I would like to tackle next.

My financial goal I did not accomplish but I still made a decent amount of money and I am thankful for being able to learn how to make money online. I never really put much thought into it until I made the decision in May to make it happen and ever since I started I haven’t looked back. I am able to…

NAGA: Video of My Match

Make Life your beach

My brother and I got in contact with the guy I faced and he had video footage of our match. I ended up losing by 1 point but the guy I faced Marco Vazquez was a strong competitor and ended up taking 2nd place in our weight class. End of the day I feel proud of what I was able to accomplish. I wrestled in high school which was about 6 years ago and I used some of the stuff I remembered from that in the match. Casey my brother and I have also been fighting each other since we were little and we have also had many drunk battles where he would teach me jujitsu and I would teach him wrestling.

All in all this 3 day challenge was more like a life challenge. I have learned many things in my years from the teachings of my brother, friends…
